Hello! My name is Chuck Reponen. I have been an Insurance agent since 1999. Prior to this position, I served in various positions, to include serving with the United States Marine Corps. The Marine Corps taught me discipline, camaraderie and commitment. In 1999 I decided to go into an industry where I could use the skills to help people. In 2001 I joined TRIA, Inc. Chuck is also our Medicare Specialist.

I enjoy meeting new people, developing friendships, serving others and trying to be the best man I can be. I love Central Oregon and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities.

Born right here in Bend Oregon, she ran her own carpet cleaning company for many years. In her search for a new career, she studied and passed her property and casualty license. In 2015 she began working with the BEST Farmers Insurance team in central Oregon, The Robson Insurance Agency, and has loyally continued to be a team player.

Fun fact about Tammy: Her three favorite things in life are her amazing 3 sons, her adorable 3 cats and music.

Meet Salsa, TRIA’s beloved office mascot! Originally discovered as a stray in Mexico, Salsa’s journey took a heartwarming turn when he was rescued by the Bend, OR, Humane Society. It was there that Scott found him and knew they were meant to be a team.

Darrin is our office manager, he joined TRIA in 1999, shifting from hospitality after discovering the role in a newspaper. He’s dedicated to helping clients understand their coverage, believing informed choices lead to better satisfaction, not just lower costs. A private introvert with no social media presence, Darrin lets his detailed, informative emails do the talking.
